CSS
When making my first webpage, I had a bit of trouble trying to create the borders I wanted. CSS is going to make all of that easier for me. After reading the readings assigned for today, I have only further realized how much CSS is going to help me out when making my client web site. I liked the section in Adding a Touch of Styling that discussed browser safe colors. When I was making my personal web page, I didn't really think of how my site would look on different browsers. This made it so some of my pictures didn't show up and my colors and fonts looked different. I also found it important that there are some browsers (Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape 4.0) that don't support CSS. Selecting the colors and fonts and design is a very important part of creating a web site and these articles will be great in helping me make the right decisions as far as my design goes.
