Purpose: Billy Fan Page? Audience: Given the size and content of the picture it seems like this page is for Fans of Billy's hockey skills. Then I noticed the links of the bottom. To me the links say "portfolio" and imply that the audience is potential visual design employers. I think if that is your main audience you might want to go with a more professional picture.
Context: Web Context makes sense for visual design or for Fan page. Also including the youtube and other social media links could match portfolio or fan page. But I think it would be hard to pull off a portfolio/fan page.
It looks like you've changed the picture since Medline's comment to a more professional one - that coupled with your color scheme really gives a nice signal to professionalism. You might want to discuss that indirectly a bit more in your content on future changes - I see your links are primarily your projects, so in your About Me maybe you want to discuss that more and how that is your goal for the website? You don't have to directly say 'this is my purpose' (at least not in my opinion) but more of a statement than 'this is my first website and I'll be changing it later' to your plans could really help further your purpose and audience.
Also this is just a really little thing, but I might try to look for a version of the Facebook and Twitter logos that are pngs with the transparency around the logo borders...you can see the white extension on those but not on the youtube one, and it's a little inconsistent. They do a nice job anchoring the page though!

I agree with Maddy-focus your purpose on connecting with a more narrow audience group. Then choose your materials accordingly.
