Two of the four articles focused on color theory. When you creating something with colors you need to keep in mind what goes well together and what does not. Also another aspect with color theory is what the colors themselves represent. Reds are often associated with passion (passion of the good and the bad). Other colors means different things. The third website article is about how colors can represent different things depending on the context that the color is being used in. Orange and yellow can both be caution or in the case of yellow also happiness. When a designer is designing they need to keep in mind the multiple meanings behind their color choices.
The journal article by Alberts and van deer Gest article talks about how color plays a important rule with indicting a site truth worthiness. The research that the authors did focus discover what color scheme that web users prefer. Hands down the participant in the research found that the color blue is consider to be one of the most truth worthy of colors for website design out of the four colors that were tested.
