It looks like you've got a solid start here-work on explaining your terminology that your audience may not understand and specifying your purpose and audience more explicitly. :)
I'm gathering that the intent here is to show off your work with and and teach others the art of Ukranian easter egg decorating. I think I can get where you're going, but until there's more content, I can't really make a further judgement.
The design itself is great. My only suggestion would be to do something more with the picture (though, as you say you're not done, could be headed there).
Lastly, in terms of coding, there's a more efficient way to declare the fonts (or, really, any stylistic property). First, you can collapse it down so that multiple font properties are in the same line as in "font size="6" color="#FFFFFF"". Secondly, you don't have declare this for every line as you do in lines 47-50 (the contents of your table). Open a new font tag when you open the table; and close the font with the table.
