It's very organized and easy to navigate. Only suggestion is that there is a lot of white space so maybe add some color whether it's black or some other color so that it breaks up the white.
I like the lines you use in the navigation. I like the the title is clearly posted at the front. There is a lot of white space, though, that you may want to move stuff around to fix.
Clear navigation, and use of lines if very nice looking. I would be careful about using only black and white as a color scheme because the white can be very intense.
All of the content is there, easy to navigate and the rollovers Rock! Only suggestion would be to spruce it up a bit, give it a lil character :) You get to do the fun part now, you have all the structure there, now just color in the lines. Lookin' great!
Suggestions: Padding in the nav bar (especially between "experience" and "services" I agree that the colors are a bit harsh. And I agree too with the nav bar positioning. Vary the size too?

I like the simple aspect of the site. Love the menu bar. The one that doesn't do it for me is the text of website it just boring.
