Help?

I've only recently begun working in Dreamweaver for our client assignment, but I have plenty of ideas. I would like to be able to use all of my ideas but one I am struggling with is creating a score ticker. I just need a rectangular area that you can click the edges to make move. I'm having plenty of troubles finding any tutorial or anything on it as well.

I would like it to be similar to something like this, since I am doing such a bad job of describing it myself:



Does anyone know of a place or a tutorial that would be able to show me how to do this?

    This is way out of my league, sorry. However, I would like to remind you that adobe does have their own forums where they can post questions like this. I'll add the link in this response. You may get a answer there is none of our fellow students know.
