I like the facebook link options at the bottom. The separation between the top banner and the links banner is good. The font could change so that it's not so 90's. Also, the color scheme of the red and yellow is a little...ketchup and mustardy...? I think a different color scheme and a different font style would make it better.
I like that you identify the person in the header. Very simple and straightforward. However it does not have a lot of character overall as a design. I would bring facebook and twitter up above the fold
It's very easy to follow. I really like how you placed the image of her in the header. The red on yellow is a little hard on the eyes but other than that I like it.

Maybe work on the color scheme..for some reason the red and yellow..reminds me of a McDouble..or I'm just hungry :) It's coming together well!

I'm not sure if this is intentional, but you have a border around the entire "site space". Is that all a div tag? If so, maybe look into getting rid of that unless it is intentional of course.
Solid and simple layout that is easy to navigate! I think this will really benefit your users in the long run. I like the blue that you use on the white background. It's clean and professional in appearance.
Improvement would be playing with colors. As was said, the red and yellow was really intense. Also, formatting the bottom of the page (which you mentioned already).

The page is very well organized and easy to understand and navigate. The bright yellow header is a little rough on the eyes.
