I love the background picture of the harbor, and the header they make it very clear as to what your site is about. I would suggest breaking up your text a little bit just because it seems a little daunting as a huge block of text.
I really like your website. It's simple but professional and I love how you have the menu pictures and they enlarge when you click them. Could you possibly post how you did that or where you learned how? It's what I wanted to do with my photos but I couldn't figure out how.
The text on the about information could perhaps have a background behind it so that it is easier to read with the background image.
I really like the design and jealous that you manage to get the light box to work. It is very hard to read the text on when you click on the harbor view cafe link.

Work on: The banner has a bit too much empty space at the top. I keep wanting to see something in the center of the banner to fill the space a bit more

I like the blue and white. it makes it easy to read. the large chunk is a little difficult to read. The picture in the background is very nice and establishes a theme.
Looking good! The color scheme workds great, and your header stands out nicely and fits well just above your background image, the only suggestion would be to maybe use a different color for the body text as it gets a bit difficult to read by the end of it. Other than that looks great!
That navigation bar is really cool. I also like the color scheme and the background image. However, with the smaller text it gets distracting.
